Measure the constraint at the site
For each proposed activity, record the electricity load, water requirement, waste arrangements and access needs. Confirm present operating conditions with the relevant service provider.
A visible change to examine
Mafube’s weekly refuse access moved from 80.2% in 2011 to 73.2% in 2022, a decline of 7.0 percentage points. Other access indicators improved over that comparison period. These historical changes require current local follow-up.
