Sicelo Xulu is a registered engineering technologist whose career spans Eskom, City Power and the South African Institute of Electrical Engineers. He has worked on electricity distribution, utility management and municipal infrastructure.

Technology Executive & Strategic Advisor
Dr Setumo Mohapi has led Sentech and the State Information Technology Agency and held senior roles at Internet Solutions and Dimension Data. His work connects digital infrastructure, technology investment and public service delivery.
Agriculture and land
Presidential Envoy on Agriculture and Land / Agricultural Business Chamber of South Africa (Agbiz)
Wandile Sihlobo is South Africa's Presidential Envoy on Agriculture and Land and Chief Economist at Agbiz. He advises on agricultural growth, land reform and trade, and is a Senior Lecturer Extraordinary at Stellenbosch University.

A local business voice will discuss the practical conditions needed to sustain operations and employment.
A project practitioner will outline how evidence, site readiness and delivery planning strengthen proposals.
A finance practitioner will explain how opportunities are assessed and what information is needed to take a next step.
